"I booked my stay because of the hotel's close proximity to the airport and it's free shuttle service. It took the shuttle 45 minutes for pickup from the airport. Once at the hotel, I scheduled a 4:30 am shuttle service to the airport for my early morning flight out to Chicago. I was in the lobby promptly at 4:30. The shuttle had already come and gone. Your clerk told me I should have been there at 4:20, when clearly the boarding pass said 4:30. I hired a taxi, the fee was $23.00. I would like to be reimbursed."
