"I received no customer service at all. I was put on the second floor with no air conditioning with screens missing off of the windows(did I mention I have a 7 year old little boy). When mentioned they did not do anything about it. I tried to reach them numurous times and could not get in touch with them all but twice. I was lost when trying to find the hotel and arrive at 12:30 at night to find no one there. I had to call them on the emergency phone to get someone to give me my key to the hotel. I was very upset with my stay and felt that it was a total waste of my money."

Homestead Denver Tech Center North is located approximately 24 miles from the Denver International Airport and 12 miles from downtown. The hotel specializes in extended-stay itineraries and thus provides on-site laundry facilities and provides dry cleaning service. Business services include mail delivery, complimentary incoming fax, and copy and outgoing fax service for a small fee. Housekeeping service is provided on a twice-weekly basis for guests staying seven nights or more. Guests staying more than four nights (but less than a week) receive the mid-week refresh only. One pet is accepted per guestroom. The general manager has the authority to allow additional pets per room, based on his or her own discretion. Guests with a pet are a 20 daily fee that will not exceed 100 total. All guestrooms have a full kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, stovetop, and dining and cooking utensils. Other room amenities include a workspace with computer dataport, free local phone calls, personalized voicemail, and iron and full size ironing board.
